Would like to get ideas of what the Skacel Ocean yarn looks like when knitted up–any one know of any free patterns I can take a look at, or do you have pictures of items you’ve knitted with this yarn? I’m thinking summer tanks possibly with this yarn? TIA!
I bought some of this the one of the last times Herrschner’s had it on sale. I didn’t get enough to make anything large, but I started a lapghan with it in the blue. I also have some of the yellow, which is a lovely sunny lemon color–slightly variegated. Here is a pic of what I’ve done. I’m not sure I’d want to wear it against my skin, though, and it is rather thick for warm-weather wear. Feeling it again, it’s softer than I remember, but it’s got little fibers on it.
