I’m doing ok with the turn, I think, however I notice a little gap where I’ve turned it and continue knitting. Am I doing this right???
Yes, there will be a gap unless your pattern gives you instructions on how to avoid the gap by doing a ‘wrap and turn’. What are you working on? If you are interested in seeing how to do short rows with wrap and turn, look here (at the bottom of the page).
When you are turning the heel, you go part way through the row and then turn, go part way thru the next row and then turn. On the next row, you will work until the gap and decrease with the stitch on each side of the gap. does that make sense? good luck!! :happydance: :cheering:
