Is there any substitute yarns for this pattern? If so, where and what kind? I have been searching for ribbon yarns most of the day and all the ones I like are discontinued and can’t find much for a reasonable price.

Berocco lullaby is discontinued.
I do not live anywhere close to a yarn store except for the small selections we have at the Joann fabric store. I would really like to find a substitute for the yarns shown. Thank you!
Ribbon yarns, in general, are not so mainstream as to be widely available for a really cheap price. What do you consider a “reasonable price”? Here are some ribbon yarns:

The Berroco Gem and Katia India are both on sale and, like the Shimmer yarn used in the scarf patten, have a bit of sparkle to them.
