Shawl pattern search

Does anyone know of any shawl patterns where one person knits a section and passes it along to someone else to knit the next? Or can someone tell me what terms I would use to search for something like that? A round-robin shawl maybe???

I think they do that in the Charity KALs. There were a few ‘Oddball shawl’ projects. They may just be doing blankets now.

We are still finishing up 8 Oddball Shawls right now, but have decided to wait a while before starting more.
