Shaping a front neck.

I’m extremely confused with the terminology used in this pattern, I really hope someone can help. I’m in the throes of shaping the front neck of a jumper and I have no idea what to do next.
Please help!!

I have completed the part under the heading “Shape front neck” where it asks you to k2, s1, k1, paso, k10 and turn, this is where I become confused. I’ve left 13 stitches on a needle holder but then I’m stuck.

You’ll have 13 stitches on a stitch holder plus the live stitches left on your needle. At this point, you’ll work one side of the front, following the directions. When done, you move the stitches from the holder back to your needle and work the other side following the same instructions except you reverse the shaping.
