Shape shoulders and back neck...how do I reverse shapings?

HI, Please can someone help me? This is only my third ever full garment that I’ve knitted and because there’s been years inbetween them I’ve forgotten how to do some of the Shoulder and back neck shaping!

The pattern says ( 62sts) RS Cast off 6 sts, K until there are 11 stitches on right needle and turn , leaving rem sts on a holder.
Work each side of the neck seperately.
Cast off 4 sts at beg of next row.
Cast off rem 7 sts.
With RS facing rejoin yarn to rem sts, cast off centre 28sts, k to end.

I’ve managed to remember how to do all that ( which I was quite proud of ) however it now says…

Complete to match first side , reversing shapings.??..and I’m stuck !! I’m sure it’s super easy when you know how lol

I’ve cast off the 28 sts and have 1 on my right needle and 16 on my left needle…what do I do now?
Please can someone right it out in baby steps…as cast off this number of sts on a purl side these on a knit etc …do I trun the work and if so when?
Any help would be greatly appreciated :pray:t2:

Welcome to the forum!
Congrats on getting back to knitting and on the third garment.
I sometimes draw a diagram to help visualize these kind of directions.
After you cast off the 28sts, knit to the end of the row, turn, cast off 6sts (armhole edge) and work to the end of the row (the neck edge). Turn and cast off 4sts, work to the end of the row, turn and cast off 7sts.

Oh thank you so much, that makes so much sense! You’re a star thanks for your help : )
