Shape Raglan

Shape raglan.
Cast off 2 STS at beginning of next 2 rows. 66 STS.

Dec 1 st at each end of every following 3rd row until 36 STS remain.

Once I have got 66 sts do I knit 2 more rows and then the third row decrease or do I do the cast off and decrease straight away?

That’s it.
Row 1 cast off, row 2 cast off then dec every foll third will be 5, 8, 11 and so on.
