Can someone explain this…
Starting with 9 stitches, Dec 1 st at neck edge on RS rows 3 times, at the same time, dec 1 st at raglan edge on following 4th rows twice more. 4 sts rem.

If you call the odd rows, RS rows then decrease st the neck edge on rows 1,3 and 5. Decrease at the raglan edge on rows 4 and 8. That’ll leave you with 4sts.
