Shape armholes Grasmere pattern

Hello dear knitters,

maybe you can help me with the second step of shaping the armholes in the pattern Grasmere by Marie Wallin. The pattern says for size S:

  1. Cast off 3 sts at beg of next 2 rows. 41 sts = > understood
  2. [COLOR=“Blue”]Dec 1 st at each end of next 1 rows, then on foll 2 alt rows. 35 sts [/COLOR]= > This I do not quite get. Supposing I call the row after casting off the 6 sts “row 1”, which are the rows where I have to dec 1 st at each end?

I would be again very thankful for your help.

If the row after the two cast off of 3 rows is row 1 then cast off at each end of rows 1, 3, and 5.
