Shadow Knitting Directions (Are These Clear)?

For those of you with some shadow/illusion knitting experience, please tell me if this is clear…I just uploaded my 2nd pattern today, and the first one (the western alphabet) was completely charted out and took way too many pages. I was told by the illusion group on Ravelry that it wasn’t necessary, so this time I did it this way…does it make sense, is it clear???

Each row on paper is made up of 4 knitted rows (for each row follow A-D below). PAY ATTENTION TO THE DIRECTION OF ROWS A & C, THEY ARE TO BE READ FROM RIGHT TO LEFT):
A: Color 1 = knit all stitches (read chart from RIGHT to LEFT)
B: Color 1 = knit white squares and purl black squares (read chart from LEFT to RIGHT)
C: Color 2 = knit all stitches (read chart from RIGHT to LEFT)
D: Color 2 = knit black squares and purl white squares (read chart from LEFT to RIGHT)
