Okay, so I have completed the three “strips” of my Manos afghan and now I have to put it together. It’s made up of 12 blocks and 4 different colours. I have to sew them together now and I’m not sure exactly how. I know I have to line all the pieces up some way and use the right colour of yarn to sew them, but which one? Each block is next to a different coloured block, which colour do I use? Also, which stitch would be the most invisible? Thanks!
Try using the edge-to-edge seam in whatever color looks best with the two edges. It shouldn’t show much at all.

Should I pin the pieces together first so that it’s lined up correctly?
You can if you think that’ll make it easier for you.
Thanks Ingrid! I’ve sewn it all up and all that’s left is the blocking and the fringe!
Make sure you post a picture. I can’t wait to see it!:happydance:
What is an edge-to-edge seam?
