I’ve been reading the posts on "Selvedge"for scarves etc. I think I understand but I just need some clarification. When you say “Slip stitch as if you are going to purl”, the needle actually goes into the front of the stitch that needs to be slipped and the stitch itself is not worked (right?).
I seem to be slow on the uptake…but I’d like to knit some simple scarves as X’mas presents and I’d like to get it right.:knitting:
