How to make this pattern Bernat # 471wider by 6 cables please

What is this a pattern for? When I looked up “Bernat 471” it was a baby bunting and bonnet.
Is that the right one??

Normally I would just add cables in groups of 8. So I would add 48 sts. But this Afghan has an increase row before the cables start and I can’t figure out how many to cast on AND how many to increase by!!!

I agree, add in 48sts to the body of the blanket for a total of 136sts. It’s a bit of an estimate on the cast on but casting on 108 and then increasing 28 sts to 136 should work.
