Hi! I’m STUCK! I have a pattern that calls for a (pkp) a purl knit purl in the next stitch to create an increase!?! I can’t find how to do this in any of my books or online! Please help if you can!
It would be similar to a purl front and back only with an extra step. Purl into the front leg of the st, leave it on your needle, move the yarn to the back and knit into the back leg of the stitch, then move the yarn to the front to purl into the front leg again. You could practice this with scrap yarn and large needles, it can be awkward.
