I am knitting a top down pull over sweater using Addi size 9 24" circular needles with Berroco Comfort worsted weight nylon/acrylic yarn. The pattern is flexible regarding stitch patterns, so I have knit stockinette all the way to the hemline. At this bottom edge, I decided to do 1" of seed stitch so it would lay loose and flat around my hips. My problem is that as I am knitting my seed stitch rows, they are leaning in the direction of my circular knitting. So the stockinette above is nice and uniform and vertical, but my seed rows lean–> ///////
Give that area a tug and see if it squares up. Perhaps you are knitting tighter or looser? Blocking should take care of it.
