Seed stitch border is curling up on itself

im making the anouk and the seed stitch border is curling up on itself. im suing the cascade superwash. is this something i can block out using this superwash? is there another trick? do i have to unravel all my work :pout:

I had that problem, only it was garter at the bottom of a sweater and i had used KP superwash swish.
blocking it worked.
