Seaming CO and BO edges?

I’m relatively new to knitting and I’m trying a new pattern (a toy with arms and legs, it won’t let me post the link!)

It looks like I have to sew the seam on the Cast on and Bind off edges and I can’t find any videos (i’m a video fan) of how to do it… does anyone know of any?

Since it’s a toy so I wouldn’t really worry about it too much. I didn’t see a video here for that specific issue, but this one looks really good.
