I got the pattern for this from the Monthly Dishcloth Yahoo Group. I used Colarado Knitting Yarn and size 4 mm needles and am using the cloth as a washcloth rather than a dishcloth.

Oops, I thought I had the picture attached.
That should be better now.

Nice! I like making dish/wash cloths. They’re handy for take along knitting and always useful. If you don’t mind seaming they could make a lovely “quilt” even.
Perfect combination of yarn, color, and pattern. Very nicely done, and I agree, this would be a nice pattern stitch for an afghan, lap blanket or sweater.
I like it! Colour, pattern…all very nice.
Oh that is a really nice dishcloth! I love the yarn/pattern stitch combination! Great job!
Thank you for all your kind comments. I’m glad you like the dishcloth.

Could you post the pattern, Irish? I love it, would like to make one.
Hi Woodi - that’s a new name for me, I’ve never been called Irish before lol. I would need to ask if the pattern can be shared as I don’t know if it’s in the public domain or not. Will check today and let you know asap.

What fun–making dishcloths into classy works of art! This is such a nice, muted color and the design is really nifty, too!
Doncha just love those quick easy little projects where you can try out a new pattern or mindlessly do an old favorite?
Wow, you knitted an invisible washcloth! How ingenious!! Just kidding!
The pattern is great and you did a great job. I love the color too.
