I am working on an Alan Dart pattern for a dog. Here’s the deal. I need it to be about 1/2 the size it is. Is there a formula for making things smaller that are 3-d? Is it just like making cookies where you can cut the recipie in 1/2 by dividing everything by 2?
If you need it to be half the size all over, then you can cut everything in half. Then send me some cookies.
If your gauge is the same as that in the pattern then just reducing by 50% should work. If your gauge is different you’ll have to do some math.
I like chocolate chip.
