Hi all,
I’m making this scarf: http://www.knittinghelp.com/knitting/forum/viewtopic.php?t=11738&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0
My problem is that it’s rolling in at the sides. I know now that I should have made a border but it’s too late. Would blocking it at the end help? I’m using 100% Acrylic.
Thanks
Darcy

I’m a new knitter and so I might be totally wrong but can one pick up the
edge stitches and knit a border after the scarf is done?
I’ve never tried to pick up stitches yet myself or what ever it is called.
You can’t block acrylic, but adding a border might help. Or it might flip inward too. You could always call it a design element!
If you crochet, you can add a row or two of single crochets to the edges to help flatten it out.
