I have been struggling to get my head around knitting the collar of a jumper that is made with saddle shoulders.
Is anyone able to help me understand what I am supposed to do?
Here are photos of the front and back. One side of the saddle shoulder of each sleeve is sewb onto each shoulder of the front.
I have not knitted a jumper with a saddle shoulder before so thats perhaps why I’m finding it difficult.

That’s going to be a beautiful sweater, a stunner.
The saddle is going to be attached along the top of the shoulder from the neck to the top of the arm (see the red lines).
The final look from above is like this where you then pick up sts across the saddle top and around the front and back.
This video shows how to pick up stitches around the neck. You’ll have some sts on holders which you knit across but the basic idea is the same.
