S1p, to end

Dear friends,

S1p, to end

Does this mean I have to slip one purlwise across the entire row?

Or slip one purlwise, then purl to end.

Thanks

That’s puzzling. Is that exactly the direction? I wonder if it’s an error and it should say, S1p, purl to end. What is the name of your pattern and designer?

Knitted fairy tales by Sarah Keen. Maybe an error as I found an error in another pattern. Thank uou.

The frog.

What a fun book!

I found an errata page for the book but it doesn’t mention this particular pattern row.

Yes. This is the error I found. Do you think I should S1p across that entire row then?

What are the next two rows? Unless the postion of the working yarn makes sense for the next row or so, I’d Sl1p, purl to the end.

One of the 3 pigs I made.

Adorable! Each of the patterns in the book is cuter than the last.

Hi,

Pic attached… row in question is 39.

As you suspected, the direction should be “purl to end,” similar to row 43.
Have fun with the frog!

Thank you!
