I started knitting a few months ago and am now so addicted. I love it!
I’m knitting up a pair of longies and am not sure how to execute the ruffles.
Any suggestions or tips?

What part don’t you understand? The pattern should have you increasing in every stitch, then knit a row, then increase again and knit a row. Just follow what it says and it’ll come out right.
I’m doing my first ruffle at the end of scarf. Does anyone know, do I bind off the normal method when I am finished? There are SO many stitches!

Yes, you can just bind off normally when you’re done with the ruffles. It’s a lot more then you started out with, but in the end they are still just normal stitches.
Yep, bind off loosely though. Go up a couple needle sizes or use a lace BO - k 2, then knit them tog tbl, k1, k2 tog tbl, and so on across the row.
