I am knitting a Rowan sweater and starting a sleeve. The pattern reads for increase row:
rib 1, inc rib 3 eleven times, rib 1. What does it mean inc rib 3? Do I increase 1 stitch in every third rib eleven times?

What is the name of your pattern?
Does the pattern give you stitch count before and after the increase row (maybe 35 sts increasing to 46)?
" rib 1, [inc rib 3] eleven times, rib 1"
Is there possibly a comma between inc and rib 3?
