Call the “next row”, row 1. Then you would dec on rows 5,9,13,17,21,25 etc, for the number of rows specified for your size and you reach the specified number of sts. Remember that you’re decreasing at each end of the row.
Great! That’s what I thought. And then the next section is increase every other row? I’m slowly getting this.
