Hi I’ve just started knitting a basic cardigan all going well until the fronts, I’ve just shaped the armhole and it says to continue until 16 rows less have been worked on back. The back was all knitted to measurements and not rows. It’s a round neck not v neck I’ve never seen this before any ideas I’m baffled?
Hi and welcome to KH. I’m confused, could you please clarify. Is the front to be 16 rows more than the back or the back 16 rows more? I’m thinking the front is 16 rows shorter. I’ll leave the actual problem solving to someone else. A link to your pattern is always helpful so if you could share one it would be much appreciated.
Even though you knit to measure you may of been expected to count how many you rows you knit . You can possibly count them now some wool make this easier than others
