Rich Radiant Stripes afghan from Patons

It’s been a ‘couple’ of years since I asked a question - been knitting nonstop. Hopefully the pictures I sent came through. In this pattern there is an instruction to 'Wrap. TURN at the end of rows 11 and 12. The intention is to create a mitred corner that mirrors the other three yarn over corners. I’m unsure how it should be done. Up to that point in the pattern, the ‘turn’ and the end of rows 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6 was described in a note at the beginning of the pattern - When turning work, all rnds should be joined as follows: Slip last stitch from previous rnd onto right-hand needs. yf. Slip the same stitch back onto left-hand needle. Wrap made. - Therefore, the ‘wrap’ instruction for rows 11 and 12 seems redundant. What am I missing?

It seems like the pattern is asking for the usual wrap & turn. I agree that the “wrap” seems redundant Ravelry is down at the moment but when it comes back it’s worth checking to see if anyone has commented on this.
Gorgeous afghan!
