Hi there, I’m having problems following a pattern for a baby jumper. I’m fairly new to knitting.

I’m kitting a K3, P3 rib. I have 75 stitches on the needle.

The following line says:

Rib 4, rib 2tog 8 times, rib 5 - should have 66 stitches left.

I’m confused. Does Rib 4 mean K3, P3 x 4?

Help.

I’m a bit confused about it being K3P3 over 75 stitches since 75 isn’t divisable by 6.

anyway rib 4 usually meens do the ribbing pattern over 4 stitches so in this case you would K, K, K, P, and then do your P2tog
