Reversing Shapings

Hi, i’ m new to knitting and I’m stuck on reversing Shapings. My pattern for back of baby’s cardigan says: Shape Shoulders and Back Neck
Next row (RS) cast off 3 sts, k until 15 sts on right needle and turn, leaving rem sts on a holder. ( now here’s my ptoblem) work each side separately. Dec 1 st at neck edge of next 4 rows and at same time cast off 3 sts at beg of 2nd row, then 4 sts at beg of foll alt row. Work 1 row. Cast off rem 4 sts. With RS facing rejoin yarn and cast off centre 15 sts, K to end. Complete to match first side, reversing Shapings. How do I reverse those Shapings?!

Rejoin the new end of yarn, cast off the center sts and k to end. Call that row 1, turn at the end of the row. Bind off 3sts at the beg of row 2 and bind off 4sts at the beg of row 4. At the same time, decrease one stitch at the neck edge of rows 2,3,4 and 5. Work one row and cast off the remaining sts.
You’ll be decreasing at the neck edge and binding off at the armhole edge.

Ah ok, I’ll have a go. Many thanks for that.
