Repairing holes help!

I have a knitted afghan that now has a hole in it about 3 or 4 inches across, and about 6 or 7 inches high! I have no idea what to do!! I’d appreaciate any advice, and if anyone knows of any instructional videos online to help with this, that would be great! Thanks!
