Relatively new knitter needing help!

Hi,
I’ve decided to challenge myself a little bit, but still, I need some help!
So, I want to make myself nice wrists warmers, but I don’t quite understand the pattern. It says “work 32 rows, end after RS row 8, leave the final st of row 8 unworked.” To be honest, I’m a bit confused by it! What does it mean to work 32 rows but end after right side row 8 ? By the way, English is not my native language, so maybe it’s a language thing, confusing knitting terms read by a French girl

Thank you all so much!

You seem to have an 8 row pattern that you work 4 times, and when you’re on the 8th row of the last repeat, don’t knit the last stitch. If you have a link to the pattern, that may help us out.

Sorry about that! here it goes: http://www.classiceliteyarns.com/pdf/KumaraArmWarmers.pdf

But thank you for the tip

Okay, the ridge pattern is 8 rows and it’s just telling you to work it for 32 rows ending on row 8 which is the RS row. The next row you begin to work in the round and that last unknit st of row 8 will be knit tog with the first st to close the circle and join your knitting.

Thank you very much for that! It’s a bit clearer now!
