Hello Knitters. I have purchased the Fleming Irish knit sweater pattern but the amount of stitches needed dont add up to what directions say so I believe I might be reading the pattern incorrectly. It calls for 164 st in first row of pattern but the first row only adds up to 156. That being said I might be misunderstanding (Tw2 P3)twice. Amy help would be greatly appreciated.
I figured the tw2 was a twist using 2 sts. That plus the P3 equaled 5sts or 10sts when repeated. I get 164 total.
