Does anyone know how to knit this? I don’t even know if they are increases or decreases. I found the pic on Pinterest, but the (Russian) link goes to a different raglan sleeve type.

Hi, you are right, that is what they are. I learned that it is the Prim Cardigan and bought the pattern on Ravelry and will try it soon. I had never seen a raglan done like that before. Thank you for taking the time to answer my question.
