Raglan increases

I’m knitting the Anker Tee by Petitknit and am confused about placing the markers for the raglan increases. The set up for the sleeves says to place marker on either side of each raglan st. Pattern is: knit across right back, M1R, knit the raglan, M1L, knit across right sleeve, M1R,
knit the raglan stitch, M1L, knit across front, M1R, knit the raglan stitch, M1L, knit across left sleeve, M1R, knit the raglan stitch, M1L, knit across left back (8 sts have been increased). Do I only have one stitch between each marker and do I knit the M1’s right before and right after the marker? Hope this isn’t too confusing.

Yes, one stitch, the raglan stitch between the markers. Knit the M1’s right before and right after the markers, just as you thought
