I am knitting a sweater from the bottom up and I’m confused about the raglan decreases. The decrease instructions are:
Next round decrease at Ragland: k to 3sts before raglan m, ssk, k2, k2tog 4 times, k to EOR.
Do I start the decreases at the beginning of the round?

Start the round at the beginning of round marker but start the decreases at the first raglan marker. Decrease before and after each of the four raglan markers.
