I’m having trouble with shape raglan armholes
I’m doing smallest size. I have 69 sts cast off 3 sts at beg of next 2 rows 63sts. Dec 1 st at each end of next 1 (1 1 3)rows, then on 1 (1 0 0 0)4th rows, then on Foll 20(22 25 27) alt rows 19 sts
I’m fine with getting 63 sts but not sure afterwards!

What is the name of your pattern and designer?
These directions are often confusing. If you call the next row (the row after the cast offs), row 1 then you would dec at each end on row 1 and row 5. Then dec on rows 7,9,11,13,15,17,19,21,23,25,27,29,31,33,35,37,39,41,43 and 45.
That will take the stitch count to 19sts.
