Raglan armhole decreases pattern - Help please :-)

Hi! I’m knitting a fisherman’s rib sweater with raglan armholes. The back has the following pattern for the armhole decreases:

Working all raglan armhole decreases as set by last row, dec 2 sts at each end of 4th and 7 foll 4th rows, then on 14 foll 6th rows.

I don’t understand this :-/ do I do the decreases as set by last row (- 4 sts) in every row plus an extra decrease of 2 sts in the 4th rows? Or do I only do decreases in 4th rows?

Welcome to the forum!
Decrease every 4th row (-4sts/decrease row) for a total of 8 decrease rows and then decrease every 6th row, 14 times.
