Do different stitches felt differently and then look different finished? I just wondered. I have to make these long long strips for a handbag and wondered if stockinette felted differently than garter or ribbing etc. I know, I think about some of the dumbest things when I knit.
I’ve knit two purses, one with garter stitch and one with stockinette and I can’t tell any difference. :shrug:
Cool because it will be a whole lot faster to just knit these handle pieces in garter stitch. I have to make 3-40 inches long and then one a foot long for the toggle, well actually I bought this gold half moon to use as a closure because I thought it was cool and think my dil will like that.
