Hi! I haven’t been here in a while, but now that I am ready to start knitting again, I have a question :wall: So, of course I remembered all of the helpful knitters here, many of you are already in bed, but maybe by morning I will have an answer. So, when I am knitting in the round and the directions say to continue in stockinette, does that mean that I will actually knit one row and purl one row even though I am not turning the work? I hope this question makes sense. Thank you to any kind soul that can help me! :notworthy:
No. If you are knitting in the round you will produce stockinette purely by knitting - no purling needed.
Thank you, that is what I was thinking too, but I wanted to make sure, your help is much appreciated!
