First, let me say I’m a beginner - I’m working on a scarf that says,
K2, (YO, K2tog) 3x - This means I yarn over and knit 2 together 3 times - correct??
Next after that it says K2 * : Repeat from * to end of row
I’m not sure exactly what this is telling me to do.

Yeah they want you to work the YO and K2tog 3times 
For the repeat from * to end of row means you work what is between the * to the end of the row. Usually there is 2 of them in the line you are working…can you link to the pattern so we can see if it’s just the K2 you are suppose to work or if there is more in between the *?
