Question about repeating in pattern

Hi,

I’m currently working on a sock in the round on dpns and I’m having issue with the following in the pattern:

With the right side facing s1, knit 12, s1, k1, psso, turn.

S1, purl 6, p2tog, turn. (wrong side) A

S1, knit 6, s1, k1, psso, turn. (right side) B

Repeat last two rows only, until 8 stitches remain then work one right side row.

I’ve completed A BABAB etc. until 8 stitches now remain on my row. The last line that I knit was on the wrong side (A).

Does the ‘work one right side row’ part of the pattern mean to work one more line of B - this would leave 7 stitches?

Thank you very much

Hi, are you working the style of heel with a heel flap where you will next be picking up and knitting the gusset stitches along the edge of the flap? If so, then you just work across those 8 sts in knit and then you are ready to begin the gusset rows.
If not, then what pattern are you using, which style of heel is it?
