Hi, I am doing a Trinity Pillow and is says to (K,P,K) all in he next stitch. Can anyone help explain this, or do you know if there is a video about this on this site.
Question about instruction
Knit into the stitch, but don’t slide it off.
Bring the yarn to the front between the needle tips and purl into the same stitch, don’t slide it off.
Bring the yarn to the back between the needles and knit into the same stitch, then slide it off.
You’ll have 3 instead of 1.
This is one of my favorite stitches. The next direction probably is P3tog. That’s where you make up for your stitches. It gives a nice popcorn effect to your work if done in rows. It’s usually done in multiples of 4 stitches.
Row 1: (k,p,k) in next stitch, P3tog Repeat to end
Row 2 and 4: purl
Row 3: P3tog, (k,p,k) in next stitch Repeat to end
Fave fun!
