Question about Chic Cowlneck Cable & Lace Sweater

I was wondering if anyone can answer a question for me on this sweater from sweaterbabe.com. It’s called the Chic Cowlneck Cable and Lace Sweater. Where it says Begin Raglan Shaping to Underarms Round 10 am I still on the RS which is the WS of the cowlneck and do I maintain for the whole pattern or do I work on the right side of the cowlneck. It’s a little confusing.

I’m not sure I quite get your question, but if you’ve been working the neck and are now going to the body, then you’d have the WS of the neck facing you so it can fold down. Does that answer your question?
