"Purl all sts, meanwhile: K"?

I’m stuck at the row in the pattern that instructs me to “Purl all sts, meanwhile: K.” Should I take that as, “purl every stitch except to knit those two stitches that I’ve been knitting up until this point”?

Welcome to KH!
It’s difficult to tell without knowing the context of the instruction. What pattern are you doing? Can you give us a link or a pattern name?
If the pattern isn’t available online, can you give us the line before this one and the line after please?

The row just before says, “purl all sts except 2 marked knit sts, knit those.” And right after, “make 2 increases during this round. (Use m1p to make increases and try to space them out somewhat evenly.).” I’m making this: http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/grimms-cottage And I’m a couple of rows away from starting the eyelet rib.

Thanks for the welcome!

That is lovely!
Yes, your interpretation sounds right. Purl all the sts except the two that have previously been kept as knit sts.

Thank you very much!
