I have a brother chunky machine and ribber, and have just bought the colour changer. Whenever I use it, the changer does not seem to put the wool correctly into the carriage. Even when I watch carefully the knitting comes off. It’s there something I’m getting wrong?

I’m sorry but I don’t have any experience with the color changers. I did find one of the manuals that may be of help to you. In addition, there are several machine knitting groups on Facebook that are quite active. The Answer Lady’s machine knitting website can be quite helpful too.

Thanks for your reply, I have the manual, and it even warns you it may happen in there, but it gives no way of saying how to avoid it. I’ll try to find the answer lady… Thanks so much
