Hi,thank you for accepting me into your group, my name is Freda and I live in England,Later on today I will be asking for help on a knitting pattern,hi I need help I’m on Shape raglan I have to cast off 7 sets in pattern.at beginning of next 2 Rows I know how to cast of,but I don’t know how to follow pattern after casting off,Also I don’t understand 1st and 2nd row after casting off the Seven stitches ,please could someone explain this. Thanks

The beginning and end of the pattern stitch is going to change because of the cast offs and the following decreases. You can subtract the decreases from the pattern stitch but the best way to work this is to read your knitting.
You want to maintain the lace pattern that you have been working in previous rows. Look at the pattern or pattern repeat and figure out where to begin the stitch pattern in order to keep the alignment of knits and purls.
Following the cast offs, there are decreases at the beginning and end of the piece. These are worked 2sts in from each end, k2, skp, work in pattern, k2tog, k2. These decreases will slant in on each side /-\
