Prayer for my Daugher

Hey ya’ll!
Several of you know about Shannon having a bout with diverticulitis (rare in her age, inherited type, doc said she’s the youngest he’s seen with it), colitis and then a kidney stone. anyway, colitis has cleared up, then they found a kidney stone which now seems to be dormant, not moving & the urologist said no need for medical intervention for that (this was a few weeks ago). Well, tomorrow she is to have a colonoscopy regarding the diverticulitis and GI problems she’s always had. the doc wants to be very safe because her biological person died recently of an unknown GI cancer, as did his mother. She is seeing the same GI doc that saw him because of the medical history. All that said to ask that she is healed (the tests done in the ER said diverticulitis, tests done afterward said that there was none) if not, that whatever the dr. finds is something that is minor and can be handled with very cheap meds with no side effects! AND, when she was away as a counselor with the youth group one of her roommates moved out without notice or anything, so she’s looking for a new roommate, too. It’s my hope and prayer that she find the perfect reliable, nice roommate very quickly.
tia for your prayers, I appreciate it very much. i will let you know the results as soon as we find out! :grphug:

I was unable to take Shannon, my sister (best sister in the world, too) took her, she’s gotten Shan home. The doc was pretty amazed, he found only a few diverticuli!!! The rare divertulitis that he had thought she had was NOT THERE!!! PRAISE GOD! He said she will be fine, she needs to increase the fiber in her diet, gave her more info about her diet so that these few diverticuli that she has don’t get inflamed, etc. Thank God she’s okay:cheering::cheering::cheering: Thank all of you so very much for your prayers, your good thoughts, your friendship:muah:
Now, for the roommate…please continue to pray that the perfect one shows up!! I have faith that he/she will!!!
My goodness if I weren’t on and now wearing these lovelies on my ankles I would be dancing like the crazy woman we all know me to me, instead I’ll stick with shouting:woohoo::woohoo: and thanking you all again and thanking God over and over!!!:blooby:

:hug:I’m so happy for you! What a relief! Good luck finding a good roommate!

That’s wonderful news! You must be so relieved.

Thanks, ya’ll! I am relieved! Now, onto the roommate! Ya’ll are wonderful, thank you many times over!

Oh, Becka!! I didn’t have time to read all the responses–but I do pray that Shannon will be fine! And you, too, Dear!!:muah::muah:
