Ok so I finally found a pattern that I can follow, I was doing great too. But I came to a part in the pattern that am not sure what it want me to do.
round 2: ch 3, * dc in each dc to tr, ( 2 dc, tr, 2 dc) in tr, repeat from * three times more, [B][I][U]dc in each dc across to beg ch-3, join with sl st to top of beg ch-3[/U][/I][/B]
I bold the part I don’t get. Not sure if am suppose to going around the square once more and dc in the dc ?

Do have any idea what the pattern ment to dc in dc across, that would be another round. And if not another round then what???
After you do the part inside the * * you then finish the round with dc. When you complete the round, join with a sl st as before, then start a new round following the same instructions. HTH
Yes, I have no more dc to dc in after I do the last dc between the **. It looks good so for so maybe it means nothung. Tks
If you’re out of stitches, then yes, for this round you can disregard it, sl st to join and start the next round. As written it will apply to all rounds that follow and you dc in any sts left after the repeat. I’d love to see your square if you can post a photo.
At the beginning of the round, you’re chaining 3. Then you go around. When you get to the end of the round, you will slip stitch to join. They want you to place the slip stitch in the proper place. If you join in the chain, it will look funny. Look at the stitches. The chain will be vertical. Count up three stitches and place your hook into the fourth. It will be sitting at the top of the work and will be horizontal. You’ll know it’s the proper stitch because it will have two loops for you to slide your hook under. This is where you should join. After you join, you chain 3 again. This brings your work up to the proper height so you can continue on the next round. I hope this makes sense to you.
