Please help with Rowan Pattern

I am knitting the “Solar Bag”. The pattern says:
“dec 1 st on each end of next and every following 14th row to 77 stitches, then on the following 16th row to 75 stitches.”

So, my question is, once I am to 77 stitches, do I knit 2 more rows and then decrease again, or do I knit 16 more rows before my decrease.

Any clarification would be much appreciated!

I’m pretty sure you should knit another 15 rows and then on the 16th do the decreasing. I think it’s as such because you wrote following 16th row.

I agree–16th from the last decrease.
