Please help what does this mean in my pattern?!

I’ve done the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th row but got confused by this next bit.

‘work 2 rows straight in pattern’

I’ve figured out that work straight means to not increase or decrease but does it mean to repeate row 1 and 2 or to just knit 2 rows? I’m a bit confussed so any help would be much appreciated!

“in pattern” means to repeat whatever st you have already established as the pattern st. If stockinette st, garter st, seed st, or a more complicated pattern, continue in that pattern for the next 2 rows.
